Congratulations on your upcoming marriage! Bridal coordinating is my passion and I can assist you with all the details to make your day special. I will direct the rehearsal and coordinate the wedding day from the time the first vendor arrives, until the last guest has left. I will be with you providing advice and services throughout the entire process that ensure your wedding day is fun and stress free.

Uniquely Yours by Pearl caters to the brides and grooms that want the most experienced person to facilitate your day. With my experience and knowledge of the vendors in our area, I can save you time and money and help stay within your proposed budget. My services practically pay for itself. The following is a description:

Vendor referrals
Wedding day timeline
Plan ceremony
Assist with budget planning
Contact you on a regular basis to keep you on task
Site meeting
Unlimited phone and email contact
Act as a liaison between client and vendors
Onsite management of event from set up to break down
Perform wedding rehearsal
Call vendors week of event and confirm time of arrival, share schedule, ask if any balance owed and distribute payments day of event
Put away gifts, cake top, cake knife, flutes etc (basically responsible for items brought into venue)
Put out place cards, menu cards, guest book, favors etc.
Have Emergency Kit available

I charge $15.00 per hour for the following:

Track your rsvpâ€™s from guests
Arrange salon appointments
Compose and print programs
Stuff and mail invitations
Accompany bride and groom to appointments with caterer, florist etc.
Coordinate bridal showers or rehearsal dinners
Rental returns (cake items, tux etc)
Assemble and deliver welcome bags to hotels for guests
Arrange rentals and deliveries
